Pendl's Bakery and Cafe Idaho

My favorite stop on our trip out to Tetons was Pendls Bakery. Located in Driggs, Idaho nestled next to an auto shop and behind several businesses lies the most adorable Bakery and Cafe. From the moment I entered I was in love! They have delicious daily made Quiche that sell out quick you have to get there early. There pastries were simply delicious and they have a super friendly staff. They serve breakfast and lunch we ate there 3 time for Breakfast loved the sun-dried tomato and artichoke Quiche with a Plum tart so yummy!  We sat out on there adorable square patio and enjoyed the morning sunshine so lovely...

Our Anniversary

Had a wonderful anniversary in Driggs, Idaho where we were staying on our vacation to the Tetons. Driggs is about 30 mins. from Jackson a great quite ski town.
I woke up to hand picked flowers and a Pink gold bracelet
Brunch at the TWR Grill locally operated and all their meat is local grass fed. Our food was super yummy we went there twice couldn't resist and there isn't many options in Driggs.
Matt and I had the Steak and Eggs Benedict with there flavorful potatoes and Noah loved there fresh banana pancakes. Delicious!

We went golfing at a local course Targhee Village
and a delicious dinner at Forage Lounge in Driggs. I had the warmed Kale salad with Beets...amazing sauces with the local Trout. Great service and I loved their simple flat-bread with Basil Olive oil so simple and so yummy! Matt said their steak was delicious too. My husband makes me feel like the most blessed girl in the world I have the most amazing husband I could ever ask for he truly completes me!

Tetons and Yellowstone

I have never been to Idaho or Wyoming much other then pass throughs so I was super impressed all there was to offer. Being it is only a few hours away from our home in Utah you would think I would go there more...I will now. The mountain are so much more jagged then the Rocky's in Utah. Hiking in the Tetons was such a treat Noah loved it too! We stayed on the west side of the Tetons in Driggs, Idaho what a beautiful, fun quaint town! So quite and so peaceful just what we needed.
We took Noah up the Gondola his first time at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort he was super impressed he even made new friends on the way back. At the top there are several trails anywhere from easy to advanced and the scenery won't let you down its gorgeous. My son might be a little too friendly lol.

We went to Huntsman Springs Country Club a super nice golf course located in Driggs, Idaho. If you have ever been out that direction there isn't much but this place is worth a stop. Amazing golf course with adorable Buffalo for Noah to look at up close the white ones were too cute! Huntsman Springs also has amazing food their onion soup and mushroom flatbread were delicious! Best restaurant in Driggs to bad you have to play there to eat there. We loved it!
Mesa Falls was gorgeous!
 Teton National Forest
There is a huge Lodgepole Pine(Pinus contorta) conservation area on the way to Yellow stone from Driggs loved seeing all the different ages of all the trees.
Who knew Idaho's rolling hills could be so lovely?!
 Fishing and Yellowstone

 Yellowstone Geysers

Spent 8 days on the West Side by Yellowstone and had such an amazing time. Next time I think we will head out to Montana to check out the East anyone ever been out that way?
