Spent the weekend in Mesquite Nevada just a few hours south of us. Matt was golfing all weekend while Noah and I stayed back at the condo we rented on VRBO relaxed and hiked around to see what the desert had to offer other then a few casinos and fast food.
In Mesquite there is basically a bunch of retired people golfing and gambling all over. Great weather but not many great food options in Mesquite other then the golf courses. We use to just drive through mesquite on the way to Las Vegas 1 hour North. Matt loves to golf there it's usually 10 degrees warmer then Southern Utah. We did make a run to check out our favorite restraunt
Painted Pony in St.George, Utah 30 mins away toooo delicious we are obssesed with the Cheesecake tower check it out your mouth will thank you!
