Cut some Arugula out of the garden this morning. My arugula has finally slowed down a bit we have been eating it all the time, it has really rocked it this year in our garden. Arugula is super easy to grow and such a delicious SPICY green.
A yummy Arugula salad at our home consists of:
Olive Oil and Vinegar
All you do is put some Arugula in a bowl add sliced strawberries dress in
drizzled in Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar and Lemon with S&P. Toss in dressing put on plates
add dry toasted nuts (I love them toasted with lots of pepper and salt) and top with Feta. So fresh and so yummy!
